TPFB

About 3 1/2 years ago in a long email to my sisters I referred to Thomas as "TPFB". (The Perfect French Boyfriend). I think, in fact, it was something like "Top Ten Reasons Why I Have TPFB". One of those reasons, I remember, was that he thought my ski jump nose was cute. Sigh. Life before children. Anyways, so now he's either TPFH (husband), or perhaps more accurately "TPFF" (father).

Here are 3 photos of him as the latter.
Papa Thomas, star of Calvinet, rocks the little village with the state-of-the-art pram in bright hunter orange, furnished by....Estelle's grandparents, of course!

Papa Thomas and Papie Guy see who can make more faces to see Estelle smile.

Papa Thomas carries his daughter up about 17 different flights of steps, in the brilliant sunshine, to get up to a castle in the town of Aurillac whilst on vacation. This is due to us thinking it would be less difficult than walking up the road pushing the buggy. Please note Papa Thomas carried his daughter up all 567 steps inside her removable pram bed. Also please note that Maman Julie carried the damn pram chassis up said 567 steps. When I took this photo I took a step back and almost broke my neck falling back down one of those flights of stairs. I can still feel the jolt of adenaline that shocked thru my body when I caught myself on the rocks before I hurtled down.
