Today was in fact my due date - also yet ANOTHER national holiday here in France - "Victoire 1945" - the day the Americans liberated France.
Here's a few shots of our first 5 days back.....
Estelle enjoying MORE stickers that came in the mail from Aunt Martha....

Estelle's face says it all...poopy diaper!

Here's my little nursing helper

Yesterday we had visitors - my friend Isabelle and her Italian husband Luca who used to live in Nice, then moved near Toulon, and then moved again to Evian last summer. Readers may remember their son Alessandro, and we met their "new" son Gabriel, who is 8 months old. They were on vacation coming thru Italy and stopped in Nice for one night to see us on their way to Thomas' (Celine's son who you see on the blog) baptism out in the Var Valley on Saturday.

Above, Luca sees what it would be like to have a daughter! Bellisimo!
And below, these two little friends reacquaint themselves....

Here we are with all our kids - as oppose to when we met at the pool 3 years ago, just 2 pregnant women trying to cool off.

The camera makes me look heavier than I really am (harty har)

Last night the gals got into the tubby together. Estelle loved it.

And this morning, Estelle held Léna for the first time...

Then Thomas helped her give Léna a little bottle of my milk that I had pumped....

Video from this morning......(sorry for clicking sounds in background - forgot to reset when changed battery).
