A Mardi Gras tradition: Crepes. I would like to state I haven't had any bugnes since Friday. This is perhaps a record for me. I'm drowning in a translation which is the only reason why I'm not in the bakery more. That may change by tomorrow! I could fast for Ash Wednesday on just bugnes, right? Anyways, here's Thomas with the crepes he made:
