Sing Your Heart Out

Estelle can sing. A lot. In French.

This video opens with a few warm-up songs and then the main attraction:
The rather complicated word-association song that Estelle sings after her warm-up songs is one that Tata Agnes began to teach her over the holidays in Angers. Thomas has recently re-introduced it to Estelle and we are astounded at how quickly she has picked it up.
You repeat a line 3 times. Then, the ending syllable of the last word of each line becomes the first syllable of the first word of the next line. I think this might be technically called a "kyrielle" or something. It doesn't make any logical sense nor are many of the words children's vocabularly, etc.
If you think I can keep up, you are WRONG.
I had to go on the internet just to look up the words and figure out what the H-E-double hockey sticks my family was saying:

The name of the song is "Three Little Cats",
and it would be like if your kid sang:
"3 little cats, 3 little cats, 3 little cats, cats, cats
Cat-scan, Cat-scan, cat-scan, scan, scan,
etc.
So here are the real words, or at least one variation on the internet. Is this the one Thomas and Estelle sing? You be the judge!

Trois p'tits chats, trois p'tits chats,
trois p'tits chats chats, chats
Chapeau d'paille, chapeau d'paille,
chapeau d'paille, paille, paille
Paillasson, paillasson,

Wow! That was a long song that Estelle could sing so well! It is amazing that she can remember all of the words.

I love her in that little bath towel with the hood. I just want to cuddle her in it!
