15 years of wedded bliss

And here they are, 15 years ago today.  It was a windy but lovely spring day as I recall.
Happy wedding anniversary to my wonderful brother and his incredibly kind wife!  It was fun to be part of the wedding party that day, even if my slip did ride up under my dress and look like a spare tire.  ha ha
We had a wonderful meal and yummy cake and ice cream with beautiful bird house decorations everywhere!  I remember doing Darlene's hair that morning, and setting up tables the night before.  Both my dad and Darlene's were with us then - such special memories.

What a great picture and such a lovely wedding. I remember nursing Jacob in a room off from the reception. 15 years later and he'll barely let me give him a hug!!
Hope you will celebrate in some special way!
Love,
Mary

Thanks Julie (and siblings) for the nice sentiments. All of you, as well as both sets of parents, made it possible to have a wedding that didn't break the bank, including a turkey dinner at the Legion for $7.50 a plate!
p.s It is fitting that on our 15th year we receive our "15 minutes", courtesy of Julie's blog.
Love Wesley

Thanks Julie and everyone. Hard to believe it's 15 years. Time has flown, but a lot has happened, namely Wayne, Cole, and Heather!

Do you remember singing the Our Father by Nikolai Kedrov...4 part harmony. I think Martha was Soprano, Mary-Alto, Laura sang Tenor and Cedric was bass?
Awesome wedding!
