Soccer Camp

All this week, Estelle went to Uncle Peter's Northern Vermont Soccer School.    Every morning, Uncle Wesley picked her up with his 3 kids and off they went.

On the last day, "Jing Ring Ping" made his usual appearance.  (one of the coaches disguised).
 Here's Estelle with her group.
 Best cousins ever!

Léna, Mom & I went to see the "awards" ceremony on the last day.  We found cousin Katie up from Burlington, taking photos!
Note Grammie sitting in red, watching.

 Heather gets her award.
Now it's Estelle's turn.  That coach is Joe Batista, Peter's good friend.
 Coach Blaise with his troops.

Last Tuesday at the lake

Above:  Joan makes a playhouse for the girls out of the cardboard box from Mom's new tub!  It even had screens.
On Tuesday the 16th, we had a fun time swimming and jumping off the dock.

Darlene & Heather enjoyed some time on the dock.

Visiting Elijah

On Tuesday, Léna and I drove down to Ed's place in Fairfax.  Estelle was at soccer school and Sandy was at "summer school", so we were a fun little foursome.

These two are exactly 19 months apart.

Back at the ranch, more cousins, more fun.

Estelle turns 7! Happy Birthday Estelle!

Estelle's birthday began with a great bday breakfast of pancakes and Vermont maple syrup.
Auntie Martha and Auntie Lisa were still around the day after "The Move", which made Estelle's bday even more special.

Cole called Estelle to sing on the telephone.
Papy & Manou called from France.
Estelle sits in Grammie's "New Room" to talk.
After lunch, a 2nd ice cream cake for Estelle!

Lots of fun presents to open.

I think Heather looks so incredibly beautiful in this photo below - what a profile!
Making messy bead tatoos - thank A LOT Aunt Darline!  :-)

Round 2 for Uncle Wesley hooking up all the entertainment center.
The morning after Estelle's bday, Estelle got a lovely private horseback ride at the home of the Kennedy family who live far up Perron Hill.
This horse is named Mesa, and the lady guiding him is Joanna, Anya's mom.

Léna goes up on Mesa for her turn.

The Kennedys have a trampoline.  Estelle was so happy.

Even the Mommies got in on the action.
 Darlene gets her ride.
Estelle ate watermelon on her birthday - proving that 7 is in fact the Age of Reason.
What a GREAT birthday.  We also had a nice swim in Shadow Lake.
